Refund Policy & License
All products on Bodhin.xyz are digital downloads. You are purchasing STL files to 3D print yourself. No physical item will be shipped to you under any circumstances.
What You Are Buying
- Digital 3D model files (STL and/or 3MF format)
- Files are delivered electronically to your email address after payment
- No physical item is included or shipped
- You are responsible for printing the files on your own 3D printer or through a 3D printing service
Refunds
Because these are digital files that can be accessed immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once files have been downloaded.
However, if you have a problem — for example, if you accidentally purchased the wrong file, cannot access your download link, or received a corrupted file — please contact us at bodhinsshop@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
We do not refund for print results. Print quality depends on your printer, filament, slicer settings, and calibration — factors outside our control.
Download Delivery
Your download link is emailed to you automatically within seconds of payment. Links never expire — you can re-download anytime.
If you do not receive your download email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will resend the link.
License & Usage Rights
All Bodhin Industries designs are sold with a commercial printing license. This means:
- You may 3D print the files for personal use
- You may print and sell physical items made from the files (e.g. at markets, online shops, or to clients)
- No attribution or royalty is required when selling printed items
The following are NOT permitted:
- Redistributing or sharing the digital files with others
- Reselling the digital files on any platform
- Re-uploading files to other marketplaces or file-sharing sites
- Claiming the designs as your own
Print Results Disclaimer
Print results may vary depending on your printer model, filament brand and material, slicer settings, print temperature, layer height, and other factors. We design and test our models carefully, but we cannot guarantee that results will match preview images exactly on every printer and setup. Please check scale and dimensions before printing.
