All products on Bodhin.xyz are digital STL files — no physical items are ever shipped. If you have a question not answered here, email us at bodhinsshop@gmail.com.
DIGITAL FILES ONLY. You are purchasing downloadable STL files to 3D print yourself. No physical product will be shipped. You need a 3D printer or 3D printing service to create the physical object.
Is this a physical product?
No. Every product on Bodhin.xyz is a digital download. You receive 3D model files (STL/3MF) — not a physical object. Nothing will be shipped to you.
What file types are included?
Most products include STL files, which work with every major slicer. Many products also include 3MF files for slicers that support them (PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio). File details are listed on each product page.
Do I need a 3D printer?
Yes. To make the physical object, you need a 3D printer or access to a 3D printing service (like a local print shop or a service such as Craftcloud or Xometry). We do not print or ship anything.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. Nothing physical will ever be shipped. Your purchase delivers digital files electronically to your email address.
How do I get my files after purchasing?
Within seconds of completing payment, you receive an email with a secure download link. Click the link to download your files. Your link never expires — you can re-download anytime. If you have trouble, contact us and we will resend.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital files that can be used immediately after delivery, refunds are generally not offered once files have been downloaded. If you bought by mistake or cannot access your files, please contact us and we will do our best to help. See our full refund policy for details.
Can I sell physical prints I make from the files?
Yes — all Bodhin Industries designs include commercial printing rights. You can print and sell physical items at markets, online, or through your business. No attribution is required.
Can I resell or share the digital files?
No. Redistributing, reselling, or re-uploading the digital files elsewhere is not permitted. You may only use the files to print physical items yourself.
What printers and materials work with these files?
Our designs are optimized for standard FDM printers. PLA and PETG work great for most designs. ABS, ASA, and other materials also work. Print quality varies by printer, settings, filament brand, and environment — results are not guaranteed to match preview images exactly.
Do the files require supports?
Most designs are support-free or require minimal supports. Specific printing notes are included on each product page.
What slicers work with these files?
STL files work with every slicer: PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, Cura, IdeaMaker, Simplify3D, and others. 3MF files are recommended for PrusaSlicer and Bambu Studio.
Can I request a custom model?
Potentially. Email us at bodhinsshop@gmail.com with your request. Custom work depends on availability and complexity.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
Where can I buy the same products?
The same designs are also available on our Etsy shop. Buying directly from Bodhin.xyz is cheaper because there are no platform fees.
